- HIDS (Host-Based Intrusion Detection System): Applied Software Engineering
principles to complete a Case study on Host-Based Intrusion Detection System
using Anomaly Detection Method.
- Conference Media: Built a personal chat application in JAVA as my final year
project work. The work was done for Sierra Atlantic software inc. Applied
software engineering principles to plan and analyze the problem and drew CASE
tools diagrams.
- Onion Routing: Submitted a comprehensive study on Onion Routing.
- TCP/IP SIMULATION: simulated all the layers in TCP/IP using C and C++, to study
packet generation, packet header creation, flow control, error detection and
control, and packet retrieval.
- UNIX NETWORK PROGRAMMING
- Developed a multithreaded CHAT program using SOCKETS in TCP and UDP.
- Implemented pipes, message queues, and shared memory to facilitate Inter-Process Communication in UNIX.
- Used Semaphores and Monitors to achieve concurrency in multithreaded
programs.
